- Frequently asked questions
- At what time can
we check-in and out?
Check In from 12.00 am - Check Out is at 10.30 am.
- If my arrival time
is before the check-in or I leave after the check-out, have you a
deposit for my luggages?
Yes we have a deposit for your luggage
- How do I confirm
my Reservation request ?
We ask for a valid credit card details to guarantee your reservation
we have either secure form or you can send a fax. Your crediti card
is
not in any case used for payment unless you specifically ask us to
charge it for a gift or for other reasons, as follows :
1) our special "Surprise room" in this last case
we will charge immediately on your credit card the total amount of
your stay
2) if your stay is over 5 days or over 1.000 Euro we ask for a deposit
of the first night - refundable - see cancellation policy
- Is it possible to
cancel my reservation (cancellation policy) ?
In the event of cancellation due to any reasons – we must be notified
of the same in writing.
Cancellation charges will be effective from the time/date we receive
your intimation in writing.
Cancellation charges would be as follows:
* 3 days prior to arrival – No charge (Italian time)
* Less than 3 days or No Show – first night
SURPRISE ROOM : non-refundable.
- Is the price per
room or per person?
The price is always per room.
- Is breakfast included
in the price and what type of breakfast?
Yes, continental breakfast is included in the price.
- Is heating included
in the price?
Yes, it is included.
- Can we settle the
bill on arrival, when should we pay ?
You may settle bill on arrival. We ask for payment the day before
departure to avoid any problems with early check out and credit cards.
- Which languages
are spoken at the reception?
English, French, Spanish and Italian.
- How many floors
are there in the building and do you have an elevator (lift) in the
building?
There are three floors and there is not an elevator.
- Are there quiet,
private, romantic rooms?
All our rooms are very quiet and romantic.
- Are linens and towels
provided or do I need to bring my own?
We provide them.
- Do the rooms have
a terrace/courtyard?
No, there are no terraces.
- Do you have non
smoking rooms?
All our rooms are non smoking.
- Is there a telephone
with direct dialling in the rooms?
Yes, there is a direct dialling telephone in every room.
- Can I connect my
laptop so that I can surf the Internet from my room?
Yes, we offers a Free WiFi
- Is there air conditioning
in the rooms? Is there any extra charge for this? Is it seasonal?
Yes, there is air conditioning without extra charge - yes is is seasonal,
at hotelliers discretion (usually from 15th of June until 15th of
September)
- Is parking or garage
available?
We do not have private parking. You will find a car parking in Venice
P.le Roma or Tronchetto
- Where can we rent
a car?
In Piazzale Roma, you have all the major rental companies.
- Which is the nearest
airport?
The Venice Marco Polo airport
- Which is the nearest
railway station?
Venice Santa Lucia Station
- Which is the nearest
/ how far away is / how do we arrive from the Gondola Station?
walking around in Venice, you will see many gondoliers available for
a tour you do not need to go specifically in a station. We offer only
at our guests a special service with the unique "Lady gondolier"

- Which is the nearest
/ how far away is / how do we arrive from the nearest "Vaporetto"
(Public Transport) station?
The nearest vaporetto stop is San Samuele - line nr.2 only two minutes
without any bridge/steps or Sant'Angelo - line nr.1 only five minutes
with some small steps
- How far away is
the beach?
The beach is 2 km away, 20 minutes by vaporetto.
- Is the beach private
or public?
Both.
- Are pets welcome?
Yes, pets are welcome
